Refund Policy

1. Failed generations

Credits are reserved when a generation starts and charged only when it succeeds. If a generation fails or is cancelled before the provider does billable work, the reserved credits return to your balance automatically — no request needed.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access and the period's credits until the end of the paid period.

3. Credit packs

Purchased credit packs are added to your balance once the payment provider confirms the payment. [To be completed: refund window for unused packs.]

4. How to ask

Write to support@aftermatter.online with the email of your account and the payment reference. Payments are processed by our payment provider; approved refunds return to the original payment method and the matching credits are removed from your balance.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
